• If DTDC does not serve your location, alternative courier partners will be used.

Return & Refund Policy

• No return and no exchange policy applies.
• In case of damage or size difference, customers must provide a proper 360° opening video as proof. If the claim is verified and genuine, a suitable solution will be provided.
